adop fs_clone failed on dmz node

Hello!

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

During patch application on our production system we faced error during adop fs_clone phase. Please see attached worknote extract for exact error codes.

This is PROD patching. Error, wasn't faced in TEST.

Instance configuration is following:

Instance name: PGAII

Primary node: ebs (cm+forms+web)

DMZ node: purchasing

Please see attached files for details of errors.

Please help in resolving this.
