Retrieve Requestor Country from AAF Terms

Hi,

Is it possible to retrieve a case requestor's country from the AAF Terms?

Currently, we only have Case Location Code Term under Call Center Details Subject Area. We wish to create a Policy based on a requestor's country. How would this be possible?
