Sales - selling in whole UOM

Hi all,

I have an interesting conundrum.

Item is a bottle of drink (Primary UOM=BT) and can be sold individually in Bottles (BT) or Cases (CA) (F41002: 1 CA = 6 BT).

- Item is set to not allow backorders.

This item is sold to individuals in units of BT or CA via the internet using one version of P4210 (set to default BT), but it is also sold to wholesalers via another version of P4210 (set to CA). Wholesalers would never ever want to buy in BT - only CA.

Here is the issue:

We only have 5 BT left in a warehouse and a wholesaler raises an SO for 1 CA.
