Oracle Tax Simulator not calculating Tax lines in R12.1.3

Hi ,

We are trying use the Oracle Tax simulator to simulate Tax calculation on some AR transactions before they are actually created in the Production.

We went through the below mentioned documents and entered the data accordingly.

How to use Tax Simulator for AR Transactions? (Doc ID 1414646.1)

E-Business Tax For Oracle Purchasing (Doc ID 464243.1)

But even after entering the data for a AR transaction for which the tax lines are already generated,the Tax Simulator does not calculate the tax.When we click on the Tax lines we get below pop up msg
