Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi

Please let me know the best options to be followed for "Old items need to be merged with new item code in Oracle Inventory"

(Or) we need to follow as making item inactive is the only solution.

Option A: If qty is available in old item code

Option B: If no qty seen in some old item code to be merged.
