Cycle count approval R12

Hello

I have a question on cycle count, we have not setup any tolerances

and the setup is that the cycle count always needs to be approved

however in the approval screen some cycle counts just seem to be auto-approved

see attached ..

could it be linked to the parameter set -  adjust if possible setup ??

althouhg we specified that every count needs to be approved?

so what does this adjust if possible do ?
