Cluster crash

We had a poweroutage in our DC

After power comes back one server of a two node cluster has a hardware failure.

The second node was not able to boot into clustermode.

We was not able to start our Ressource Groups and had a complete downtime.

Quorum was always available.

Only after repairing the first node we had a operational Cluster.

How can I boot a server into its Cluster after a complete Cluster Crash?
