State Sick

When using the "T" Accrual type (Alias SVH), a third line prints on the bottom of the Pay Stub in addition to the usual " * Sick Taken / Available * " and " * Vacation Taken / Available *" print lines.

That third line prints " * State Sick Taken / Available * ". 

Provided that there is no soft coding that I know of, and that I asked a seasoned developer to look into the code to find out where that new-to-me " * State Sick Taken / Available * "  is hard-coded and that he could easily find the " * Sick Taken / Available * " and " * Vacation Taken / Available *" print lines BUT found NO TRACE whatsoever of where that new
