Error: Mode of Transportation missing

Hello Community,

Please, can anyone assist us on this error we are getting in our integration process between JDE 9.1 and OTM 6.4.1 ?

Error: Mode of transportation missing;

This shows up when we run the R49T20 in JDE,

We also see that Mode Of Transport Domain (OTMOTDOM) and Mode Of Transport (MOT) do not get completed in F49T20 table
