New Supplier site created Business Unit cannot be added in Fusion

Hi All,

If any one have solution please share

Trying to add a Procurement BU when Navigating to:

1. Suppliers> Create Suppliers
2. Navigate to Addresses and select the address
3. Under Address detail section > 'Actions'
4. 'Add' option is greyed out
