Parent/children consolidation for reports

Hi,

I'm still looking for how to get Job cost reports (particularly the project detail record) to consolidate for parent and child jobs?

Is there a certain way that the report needs to be built? I ask this because I am able to get the capital budget inquiry screen to consolidate parent projects and children jobs.
