FDMEE Error with runRetport.bat

Hi Everyone,

I get an error when i try to execute a batch reunReport.bat.

the error is:  EPMFDM-140197:Authorization error, unable to submit report creation request.

The batch is so classic:

set EPM_ORACLE_INSTANCE=E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1"

CALL E:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\FinancialDataQuality\runreport.bat adminkp Password# "Sales BC Report" "POVLOC=US13_MARGIN" "POVPERIOD=July-15" "POVCAT=REEL" "Report Output Format=PDF"

I note that this same bat is working in 11.1.2.3.700 and not in 11.1.2.4.200

Could you help me please.
