Can we move FND_LOBS to a different tablespace due to ZFS performance issues prior to an upgrade

We are currently running EBS 11.5.10.2 RUP7 on RDBMS 11.2.0.4 Solaris SPARC 10 and have moved to ZFS filesystems. There has been degraded performance with I/O, particularly with updates, inserts and deletes. We are not running ASM and have configured the storage pools based on best practices for the database. However LOB performance is very bad and I'm not sure how to move them to a different tablespace on a filesystem configured differently, In addition, we are preparing for an E-Business upgrade to 12.2.x and do not want to risk causing issues for the upgrade path.

I also cannot find anything about the the storage pool configuration settings for the ORACLE_HOME or the E-Business application files.
