User unable to enter manual payment - stuck with error 0087: Hold Payment Code Active

Hi,

One of the user is unable to enter the manual payment in JDE WS for all customer but all other can do. He is receiving error 0087: Hold Payment Code Active, we have reviewed the hold payment status for the address number which is setup correctly to "N".

User has Add, Change and delete authority to respective application P04102.

We are using JDE WS 7.3
