Unable to Receive OSP Item with GME Parameter At Batch Creation

Hi All,

I wasn't able to receive OSP item with GME parameter "At Batch Creation". Error appears “APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria”.

For automatic requisition having GME parameter "At Batch Step Release", OSP transaction is working fine all through out receiving. Any missing steps or setups I must do in order to solve my problem?Kindly see my attachment for the related setups and transactions done.We are using Oracle version 12.2.4.
