Can I cancel Purchase requisition lines when status is "In Process" in R12.2.5 ?

Hi,

We do the system upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.2.5 and we identify PR lines unable to cancel when PR status is "In Process" and I know is this standard functionality of R12.2.5 ? Because in R12.1.1, users able to cancel the PR lines.

Please help me to clarify this.
