Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Is it possibble to add custom validation just before pick release in R12

The requirement is to have validation during pick release in Pick Release form as well as during Pick Release SRS concurrent request.

I am trying to find business event to add customization to SO line workflow.
