How to access the em or console on the VM SOA machine from the host machine?

I downloaded and installed the SOA 12.1.3.1 OTN VM VBOX on a WIN 7 desktop with 32GB ram and 250GB hard drive.

The VM is working fine and not issues.

Now, I want to access the em and console and monitor the composites from the host machine. What do I need to setup in the network ? I am able to access the internet and can ping the host machine from the VM but not the other way.

Any help will be appreciated.
