why would listener log switch writing from $ORACLE_BASE/diag/tnslsnr/server/listener_name to $ORACLE

Oracle High Availability Services release version on the local node is [11.2.0.3.0]

RDBMS version 11.2.0.3.0

The listener logs started under the CRS $ADR_HOME/tnslsnr/server/listener_name and for unknown reasons the log is now written under $ORACLE_HOME/log/diag/tnslsnr/server/listener_name.

I have not seen any reason as to why the location changed, and I'm not sure how to change it back to the CRS $ADR_HOME.  From the manual it seems that the location can be change, but only if not using ADR.

1. Why would the location switch?  Could it be because someone started the listener with the oracle ID rather than grid ID?

Howdy, Stranger!
