It's taking 40 minutes to copy 38,208 profiles to period, does that seem about about right?  Also, take's about 30 seconds to open / view a recon, is that normal also?  Version - 11.1.2.4.200.  Our users are complaining about how slow the system is.  We've followed the tuning guide where we thought appropriate to no avail..
