Error Initializing the RPAS Rule Validation Framework After Attempting to Open Configuration Tools C

Hi Experts -

I was wondering if this issue has been fixed in RPAS 14.1.3.7.  I followed the steps from  (Doc ID 1676330.1) but still encountering the error.
