Applying patch 23089357 on GI home - rm: 0653-609 Cannot remove /u01/app/12.1.0/grid_1/lib/libasmcln

Hi,

I'm have the issue when creating the MGMTDB: ORA-00449: background process 'MMON' unexpectedly terminated with error 448.

The note ID 2111305.1 indicate apply the patch 23089357 on the homes GI and DB, the readme in the patch indicate apply the patch with "opatch apply" command and the user owner of the home.

When apply the patch the following error is launch and the patch is not applied.
