Adopting OPM's Cost Association Feature in the middle of the Financial Year

Hello All,

One of the customer is trying to  enable the feature of Cost Association intermittently in the middle of the year. Currently all individual Organizations are cost organizations as well, which would be changed to Single cost organization associated to all other organizations.

Any thoughts on how to handle this ?
