BI Publisher desktop - installation error

Hi

I am getting this error while installing Oracle BI Publisher 12c Enterprise - Oracle BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.2.0 for 64 bit Office on Windows, when I log in to administrator, its installing. But when I logged in with my windows username then its giving me this message though my user is also an administrator. Please advise in order to get rid of this error message but with my windows username only.
