Support for 64-bit version of MS Outlook add.in for Siebel Drag-and-Drop ?

Hi,

Is there any specific reason why the add-on to MS Outlook for "Support Microsoft Outlook to Siebel Drag-and-Drop" is only available for the 32-bit Outlook ?
