Hi All,

I found following errors in the alert log file. Could you please check and provide your suggestions on this?

2016-11-16 14:01:46.750000 -07:00Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/bp3sm/BP001/trace/BP3001_ctwr_395372.trc:ORA-27603: Cell storage I/O error, I/O failed on disk o/192.168.10.4/RECO_DM01_CD_00_dm01celadm02 at offset 62034640896 for data length 512ORA-27626: Exadata error: 2201 (IO cancelled due to slow/hung disk)

Exadata -- 11.2.0.4.0

This is 2 node RAC database.

OS -- Linux
