Restrict uploading and posting budjet journal to closed period.

Hello everyone

We are looking for a method to prevent some users from uploading/importing spreadsheet transactions for budget journal into closed periods.

We think that it could be an issue at some point for example a period is closed but Oracle allows the spreadsheet to be uploaded and posted.

Is there a way, profile or setting etc which will prevent users from uploading/importing spreadsheet transactions into closed periods?
