Oracle DB cross platform migration

Hi Guys,

We are in define phase of one of the application where current database is on Oracle 10g which we have to migrate on 12c, We want to know the details about migration steps with minimum downtime.

The OS and database versions of source and target database servers are:

Source DB          Target DB(in EC)
  HP-UX                OEL 6

10.2.4.0               12.1.0.2
