Legacy Collections

Hello - I'm loading data into planning instance using the legacy collections - flat file process and it works as expected. however for one of the file (trading partner) i need to populate currency code as well. i don't see a mapping in the control file in the trading partner file but i see a column in the staging and base table. even if i modify the control file to add currency code pre process monitor and ODS load does not recognize this. what options are there to load currency code? any suggestions here please?
