Oracle database not starting after host restart

We have Oracle 12c version on Windows 2012 R2. I see the oracle database is not starting after Windows restart. I verified the following:

1.  Auto Restart on Oracle Service

2.  Auto Restart of Oracle Listener

3. verified "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\KEY_OraDB12Home2\ORA_PAORA12B01_AUTOSTART   : TRUE

Please let me know if  I am missing anything here.
