PONPBLSH Notification Errors When Additional Contact Email Is Used

Hi All,

I am just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue before (there is a very similar one for Oracle Sourcing but refers to PONAUCT and a different cause - Doc ID 1271992.1).

Complete an Assessment (Header, Lines, Controls, Supplier) as necessary.

Assessment is scheduled to open immediately.

In the Suppliers region, there is one supplier invited, with only the Additional Contact Email field populated.

Publish the Assessment.

The notification is not sent to the Supplier that has the Additional Contact Field value populated.

Business Impact

Due to this issue, buyers cannot communicate the Assessment to the supplier contact via Oracle (notification).
