Blanket Release Closure Startus Question "Closed For Invoice"

We have a Blanket Release that the closure status  is in "Closed For Invoice". The release is already receipted, invoice is matched and all paid with no outstandings. Once a release is receipted, invoice is matched and billed then system should close the releases or PO. But that is not the case with this release. That’s why I’m wondering why this one hasn’t closed. Is there any reason the release remains in “closed for invoicing” status? See attachment.
