RPAS - Modal Popup Error

Hi All,

One of the users received the attached modal popup error in RPAS. Could you please let me know if anyone has encountered this, what causes this and what is the resolution?

User logged off from RPAS and logged in again, and was able to continue her work. Appreciate your help on this.
