Hi ,

Just creating this topic since I haven't found any help in metalink yet . The issue concerns a Dg broker configuration not working  even if all the properties are well set .

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit ProductionPL/SQL Release 12.1.0.2.0 - ProductionCORE    12.1.0.2.0      ProductionTNS for 64-bit Windows: Version 12.1.0.2.0 - ProductionNLSRTL Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production

To explain the context ,

I had a primary (MTLDB) and secondary (MTLSTD)  database working well but after a primary server crash and a failover to the standby database (MTLSTD) I tried to recreate the old primary environment to rejoin the broker again as standby.
