Oracle Projects Expenditure WEB ADI Project number shows multiple time

Hi Experts, I have worked on WEB ADI multiple time but this time i am facing a peculiar problem.

1) When i try to select a project number in the expenditure WEB ADI i see the project shows up 2-3 times and sometime even more than that in the LOV.  Whereas some of the project shows only once correctly. Could you please suggest what could be the reason for that.

2) Task LOV: I also see the top level task which is not chargeable showing up in task lists. In the expenditure WEB ADI i feel the non-chargeable(parent task) should not even shows up.
