How to end Benefits elements associated with discontinued benefits for all employees

We outsourced our benefits to a 3rd party vendor and need to end all current benefits deductions/elements as of last pay period end date for this year. so the deductions from the discontinued benefits plans  wont flow into payroll ? what do I need to do?

I am on a tight deadline and would  greatly appreciate detailed instructions.
