Attachments form - how to suppress frm-40350 query caused no records to be retried message

After patching, navigating to attachments/clip button from sales order header or lines or shipping transaction form is showing a new message as informative message on the screen:

FRM:40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved.

This used to be a small note on the footer prior to patching..Though no corruption, this change in display causes confusion w end-users.

Is there any message level setting to override back to note and not like informative message.
