Is there a way to change the Oracle Projects Standard Cost Burdening Approach in R11i? Please go thr

Implementation Background: We are using oracle time and labor to do the costing. The cost rate schedules are job based. Employees are filling their time sheet. Its getting imported. Labor distribution is done on the basis of "job -based" cost rate schedule. Oracle standard burdening approach is used. We have defined the multipliers against the employees HR organization as their HR organization is the expenditure organization. 

As per the oracle projects user guide and fundamentals, burden amount against raw cost is getting calculated on the basis of multiplier defined against the Expenditure Organization in the burden schedule. This expenditure organization should be the expenditure organization of the corresponding raw cost.
