Database PSU freeze for EBS 12.2.5 upgrade

Hi,

We are performing an  iteration of the EBS upgrade to 12.2.5. The database has been upgraded to 12.1.0.2 with July '16 PSU. While laying down the 12.2.0 file system the system validation of configuration displays a warning to apply the lastest PSU(oct 16). Is it recommended to proceed as we are planning on to freeze on the PSU for the GO - Live.
