Custom Report for Position Vacancy??

Dear All,

My client is on R12.1.3

Client need a custom report where he can check the position vacancy in that, so how can we achieve this???

Positions have single incumbent and shared position type with proper FTE and Headcount information. Can someone suggest me on this, like what information is needed to give to technical people and what parameters should be??
