Error message on trying to open Supplier enquiry and entry page

I am facing an error "You have encountered an unexpected error . Please contact the system administrator for assistance ", when accessing the supplier screen(enquiry or entry ) from any responsibility ,but found that once F5  is pressed from the keyboard the supplier screen displays. In  test instance accessing the supplier screen displays the same error, but entering F5 does not display the supplier file.

I am not really sure what is significance of F5 key in opening the form .And if pressing the key opens form in production instance , why same is not happening in test instance .
