BI Publisher - Not enough rendering area error for Order with 300lines

My xml file size is 600kb. This is a pick slip report run for one order which has 300lines. JDE output got generated, but BIP did not.
I am getting the below error on trying to get the pdf preview: I am suspecting if there is any issue with the size of the xml, as I had ran for 200lines for the same order and the BIP output got generated. also lines 200-300 were able to produce the output. so no issues in data.
also this Is related to the JDE report, were we submitted this in server, which gave the JDE output, xml but the BI report did not trigger.
