Hello

is listener ora mandatory on all nodes for db broker to run switchover successfully ?C

I ran switchover and it failed with :

DGMGRL> switchover to 'QSMSDR';

Performing switchover NOW, please wait...

Error: ORA-12521: TNS:listener does not currently know of instance requested in connect descriptor

and I saw that listener.ora are missing on the primary nodes
