Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Flag "All Groups" in Billing Standard Request

Hi All

I need some help again.

In the Billing Standart Request we have the flag "All Groups". We need to billing all students that is out of groups, then this flag is unchecked.

But, when we create invoice using option N - Bill Range, no students are billed.
