Common Field Between Requisition and PO

As per business requirement want to capture additional information (Ex:CPR Number) .We would like to find a common field in Requisition once it convert in to PO it will copied automatically.

Initially we thought enable DFF in Requisition but the DFF field will not copy automatically to Purchase order. Is it possible with customization?
