How to clear invalid system generated alert

A few days ago we had a full FRA area alert, and EM notified us properly with db_recover_file_dest_size.  The Metric Group is Recovery Area, the Metric is Recovery Area Free Space.  In our version of EM, these are system generated alerts, it's not possible to change the thresholds.  Usually, with non-system alerts, I can fake it out by disabling the alert, and then re-enabling it. 

The alert is false, I have 200GB of FRA space, 24GB used, 20GB is reusable if we needed it. 

I have uploaded the agent, I've bounced the agent, I've reevaluated the alert, I've changed the FRA size hoping to trigger something.  Sometimes when things like this happen, giving it a little time to synch things in both the database and OMS head works.
