expdp stuck on update job table

Hello.

I am taking a datapump export of a subset of our data.  There are around 100,000 subpartitions involved and the size estimated by datapump is 22 gb.  It seems to have stopped on the statement that updates the job table.  It has not made any progress for 15+ hours.

Oracle version:  11.2.0.4 - 1 security patch behind (scheduled to be applied this Sat, Novermber 19, 2016)

OS:  Oracle Linux 64 bit

Job name:  OERC_2016
