EM13c: No functionality to add saved library task to multi-task jobs?

This seems very strange to me so maybe I'm overlooking the obvious. I do not see a way to add a saved task from the job library to a multi-task job. Is this correct? I find this strange because with corrective actions you can reference the corrective action library (that's even strange itself because that saved area is completely separate from the central job library).
