Editable Fields AM Interface Transactions

Prior to PUM 9.2.021 all fields on the Financial and Physical pages could be edited.  After the PUM under AM>Send/Receive Information>Interface Transactions>Review (invoking edit all on page)  you can no longer Edit the following items-

AMBU

BOOK

PCBU

ACTIVITY (as from PC PROJECT)

Does anyone know where to edit these, or the reason that they were removed?
