Workbook showing the elapsed months editable

Hi,

I have elapsed all the months of 2016. But one of the workbooks is still showing the elapsed months editable. I exported the elapsed Boolean measure from the domain and the opened workbook and found everything correct. Does anyone know why the workbook would still be open for elapsed months?
